Mary Ottman, 62 of Newman, CA passed away on  Sunday, August 18, 2013 in Merced, CA. Mary Ottman was born in Newman, CA and lived in Atwater for 9 years. She worked at Turlock High School as a  Food Service employee for 21 years. She was an avid San Francisco Giants Fan, graduated from Orestimba High School Class of 1969. She enjoyed photography, gardening roses, baking, and sewing. Mary was a Home Interior Decorator and a Member of Celebrating Homes. Mrs. Ottman is survived by her husband, Joseph Ottman of Atwater; son, Ryan Ottman of Michigan;daughter Heather Anson of San Diego; brothers, Randy Corgiat of Newman; Todd Corgiat of Newman; Joey Corgiat of La Grange; Davey Corgiat of Modesto; sisters, Becky Noakes of Georgia; Tina Dudley of Newman; Sharon Corgiat of Modesto; Susan Lauborough of Gustine and grandson Steven Ottman. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Newman. A Funeral Service will be on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 10:00 am at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Newman. Interment to follow at Hills Ferry Cemetery in Newman.
