Milton Homer Ewert, 76, of Modesto, passed away at Dameron Hospital on Saturday. Milton is survived by his loving wife, Joann Ewert; children, Jeanine Ewert of Sacramento, Steve and his wife, Sophia, Ewert of Coarsegold, Calif., Harlan and his wife, Vikki, Ewert of Fresno and Burton Ewert and his wife, Charleen Love, of Alpine, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and brother, Marvin H. Ewert of Kansas. Milton was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

Because of his Christian faith, Milton believed firmly in serving others and volunteering his time. He donated over 12 gallons of blood and the family asks that if you are able, to consider your personal gift of life and donate to your local blood bank.
