On the evening of Tuesday, March 30, with her loving husband of nearly 40 years by her side, Rhonda Loucks Greenlee of Turlock, CA (64) passed away quietly at home after a long, eleven-year battle with Alzheimer’s.

During high school, Rhonda spent a year in Japan as a foreign exchange student.  She graduated from William S. Hart High School in 1975.

Rhonda was working for South California Gas in 1980 when she met her husband, Dennis.  They were married on July 4, 1981 in Sagus, CA.

Rhonda was a devoted and dedicated mother of two sons, Zachary and Ian. She served as Turlock City Clerk from 1991 until her retirement in December 2011.  Prior to her employment with the City, she worked for Stanislaus County (1984-1991).

Rhonda was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many volunteer positions.

She will be most remembered for playing the piano for the children each Sunday.

Rhonda is survived by her husband Dennis, sons Zachary (Stephanie) and Ian (Noelle) and four grandchildren: Leial, Ryker, Corbin and Kiara.  Rhonda has no surviving siblings.

Rhonda will be remembered for her kind, caring nature.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She touched many lives and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will hold a memorial service later this summer.   In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice in her memory.
