Robert K. Borden, originally from Clovis, NM, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
Robert was a field electrician for Foster Farms in Livingston for 22 years. In New Mexico, Robert worked in farming as a heavy equipment operator, a distiller for an alcohol fuel production company, a general plumber, an U.S. Postal service mail carrier and also served four years in the U.S. Navy, starting in 1975.
Robert is survived by his wife, Lupe Borden; siblings, Rachel Armstrong, Walter Borden, Phillip Borden and sister-in-law Deboroah Borden; and his mother, Margaret Borden. Robert is also survived by two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law. Robert was preceded in death by his brother, George Borden; and father, Truett Borden.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 22 at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., with services following at 2 p.m. Burial to follow at Turlock Memorial park.
