Roger Eugene Johnson, 39 of Turlock passed away October 7, 2011 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. He is survived by his two children Heather and Amanda Johnson both from Turlock; mother Pat Jones of Turlock; father Roger Johnson of Yakima, WA; maternal grandparents Lois and Jack Lassiter of Goodlettsville, TN; Paternal grandmother Mildred Johnson of Yakima, WA; sister is Elizabeth West of Hughson; brother Geoffrey Harper of Turlock; and life partner Christine Bentz of Turlock.
Roger was born in Orange County, CA and graduated from high school there. Most of his remaining years he spent in Stanislaus County. He loved to play guitar, sing, and collect sports memorabilia. He coached basketball for the youth group, DeMolay. He loved his daughters very much.
Private visitation and services will be held. Allen Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
