Ronnie “Red” Climer, 58, of Modesto, passed away on Wednesday at home with his family at his side.
Ronnie was born in Modesto to Clyde and Claudia Climer in 1951. He worked for Gordos Pools for three years. He enjoyed camping and fishing the last couple years and he also built model antique cars. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family.
Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Chastity Climer of Empire; siblings, Sam Climer, Harlan Climer, Harold Climer, James Climer, Arlene Climer and Darlene Climer, all of Modesto, Norman Climer and Clyde Climer, both of Keyes and Leon Climer of Sanger; and grandchildren, Amber Robinson, Dustin Climer, Devin Gardner and Britney Robinson. Ronnie was preceded in death by his brother, Micheal Climer.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Feb. 7 at Allen Mortuary.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 8 at Keyes Assembly of God. Burial will follow at Ceres Memorial Park. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Mortuary.
