Steve was welcomed into heaven on September 18, 2014 at age 64.  Steve was born in New York to Willard and Gladys Kelly.  Steve moved to Southern California when he was one year old and was a current resident of Turlock.  Steve graduated from Manteca High School in 1969.  He served in the US Navy for 3 years.  Steve was a member of Valley Hope Community Church in Turlock.  Steve worked for Lowes and The Modesto Bee.  

Steve leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years, Ella Kelly; daughter Rachel Kelly; stepsons Tony Fernandez (Mary), Mike Busler (Megan); siblings Debby Kelly, Pat Kelly; nephews Nathan (Lara) Hall and Allen Kelly; grandchildren Kimberly O’Laughlin, James O’Laughlin, Marissa Busler, Mariah Busler, Mason Busler, Michael Busler, and Myles Busler.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:00p.m. on Saturday, September 27th at Valley Hope Community Church, 610 West Hawkeye Ave , Turlock, CA.  A private family burial will be held in Santa Nella, CA.  In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Golden 1 Credit Union account #0072109035.  Please share youre memories at www.AllenMortuary.com
