Thomas is survived by his parents, his fiance, 3 children: Joshua, Thomas, and Jordan Devine, 4 step-daughters: Hayley, Savannah, Kayla, and Madilynn; siblings: Brandy Devine, Nicole French, and Angel Standridge, and step-father Daniel Morad.

Visitation will be at Allen Mortuary on Thursday, May 21st from 1 to 7 pm. Funeral Service will be at Allen Mortuary on Friday, May 22nd at 11 am.
