Disturbance leads to robbery arrest
TPD

The Turlock Police Department responded with several officers to the 700 block of High Street around 2:30 p.m. Monday after getting a call from a residence about a disturbance in progress.

Officers arrived at the home and began speaking with all the parties involved. It was learned one individual at the home, Rodolfo Peral, 34, of Turlock had forcefully removed the keys from a vehicle that were in the possession of another individual, according to the police department.

The officers were placing Peral under arrest when he allegedly began to resist and had to be restrained in a wrap device, said Turlock Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Parmley.

Peral also had several warrants for his arrest. He was charged with robbery and resisting arrest.
