The Turlock Police Department received 636 total calls, 437 calls for service and reported 204 officer-initiated calls from May 4-6, 2026.

The department took 65 reports, responded to 7 traffic collisions and made 26 arrests.

Arrests for May 4-6, 2026:

• Edwin Lopez Hinojosa, 32, was arrested in the 900 block of Fearlene Avenue on May 4 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of personal identifying information of 10 or more people with intent to defraud and sale of a leaded cane.
• Phannara Neang, 36, was arrested on the corner of Florence and N. First streets on May 4 for possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
• Nikko Gil, 35, was arrested in the 2500 block of Geer Road on May 4 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Ramon Bakzadeh, 54, was arrested in the 2600 block of Jeannie Court on May 4 for a prohibited person possessing ammunition.
• Adan Linares Sanchez, 20, was arrested in the 200 block of De Pauw Drive on May 4 for a violation of a domestic violence court order.
• Cathy Young, 38, was arrested in the 600 block of Columbia Street on May 4 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Victor Lara, 37, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on May 4 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Sweet Bernal, 31, was arrested in the 2800 block of Countryside Drive on May 4 for shoplifting.
• Gunpreet Sahota, 42, was arrested on the corner of E. Linwood and Lander avenues on May 4 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Jeremy Lopez, 30, was arrested in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street on May 4 for disorderly conduct intoxication with alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.
• George Garcia, 53, was arrested in the 2300 block of Rochelle Avenue on May 4 for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license for a DUI violation.
• Fabiola Ledezma, 41, was arrested in the 1600 block of Lander Avenue on May 4 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Sirrell Allen, 34, was arrested in the 1600 block of Lander Avenue on May 4 for violation of a court order for domestic violence, battery of a spouse/ex-spouse, kidnapping and obstructing a peace officer.
• Anthony Trent Wyatt, 35, was arrested in the 1700 block of N. Denair Avenue on May 5 for oral copulation by use of force.
• Ethan Culwell Helton, 23, was arrested on the corner of E. Olive and N. Denair avenues on May 5 for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
• Michael Valdez, 20, was arrested on the corner of South and Lander avenues on May 5 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
• Justin Carver, 38, was arrested in the 700 block of Clear Water Cove on May 5 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Gevargiz Shansoff, 67, was arrested in the 100 block of W. Minnesota Avenue on May 5 for violation of a court order for domestic violence.
• Mark Hutchison, 56, was arrested on the corner of W. Monte Vista Avenue and Countryside Drive on May 6 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Jimmy Spaulding, 32, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Walnut Road on May 6 for trespassing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Jarod Martinez, 36, was arrested on the corner of E. Tuolumne and Geer roads on May 6 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Derik Coronado, 40, was arrested in the 1100 block of English Avenue on May 6 for disorderly conduct intoxication with drugs and alcohol.
