The Turlock Police Department is seeking a missing teenager that was last seen in April.

Karissa Schell, 16, was reported as a runaway, but has not been seen since leaving a friend’s home sometime before dawn on April 21.

She was wearing a black and gray T-shirt, and blue jeans. She has dimple piercings and a tattoo of a pair of lips on her neck. She dyes her hair, and wears colored-contacts occasionally.

She is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, but alters both.
