The Turlock Police Department received 673 total calls, 510 calls for service and reported 167 officer-initiated calls from Aug. 27-30, 2026.

The department took 58 reports, responded to 11 traffic collisions and made 24 arrests.

Arrests for Aug. 27-30, 2026:

• Santiago Aguilar, 52, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on Aug. 27 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Jose Mendoza, 29, was arrested in the 600 block of W. Main Street on Aug. 27 for battery and obstructing a peace officer.
• Ashley Jenkins, 30, was arrested in the 1800 block of Lander Avenue on Aug. 28 for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Michael Soares, 37, was arrested in the 2300 block of W. Main Street on Aug. 28 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Darryn Pacheco, 32, was arrested in the 2300 block of W. Main Street on Aug. 28 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Jhosmell Quispe Gamarra, 30, was arrested in the 500 block of W. Main Street on Aug. 29 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and child abuse.
• Richard Cardoza, 46, was arrested in the 1500 block of E. Canal Drive on Aug. 29 for obstructing a peace officer.
• Micah Shabazz, 28, was arrested in the 3300 block of Countryside Drive on Aug. 30 for battery of a spouse/exspouse.
• Karri Armendariz, 55, was arrested on the corner of Lander and E. Linwood avenues on Aug. 30 for battery with serious bodily injury.
• Marc Rykowski, 30, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Hawkeye Avenue on Aug. 30 on a warrant arrest for being a fugitive from justice.
• Francisco Zaragoza, 49, was arrested in the 300 block of Lane Street on Aug. 30 for violating a domestic violence court order.
• Salvador Sanchez Rubio, 26, was arrested on the corner of Santa Fe and Vincent on Aug. 30 for possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.
