The Turlock Police Department received 502 total calls, 381 calls for service and reported 126 officer-initiated calls from July 10-12, 2026.

The department took 54 reports, responded to 12 traffic collisions and made 21 arrests.

Arrests for July 10-12, 2026:

• Jessica Huitron, 40, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on July 10 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
• Isaac Lopez, 27, was arrested in the 300 block of E. Main Street on July 10 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Matthew Richardson, 46, was arrested in the 3000 block of Countryside Drive on July 11 for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
• Rolando Rodriguez, 50, was arrested in the 1600 block of East Avenue on July 11 for violation of a court order for domestic violence.
• Cynthia Pritchard, 57, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Golden State Boulevard on July 11 for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
• Javier Tovar, 50, was arrested on the corner of Almond Avenue and N. Golden State Boulevard on July 11 for driving without a license and possession of fireworks without a permit.
• Jimmy Spaulding, 32, was arrested in the 2000 block of W. Main Street on July 12 for trespassing.
