The Turlock Police Department received 655 total calls, 497 calls for service and reported 162 officer-initiated calls from May 7-10, 2026.

The department took 55 reports, responded to 9 traffic collisions and made 30 arrests.

Arrests for May 7-10, 2026:

• Henry Sifers, 42, was arrested on the corner of W. Glenwood and W. Linwood avenues on May 7 for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
• Hector Manriquez, 27, was arrested in the 800 block of Delbon Avenue on May 7 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Pamela Arthur, 72, was arrested in the 600 block of Columbia Street on May 7 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
• Jacob Jensen, 55, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Olive Avenue on May 7 for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
• Melvin Esquivel Medrano, 37, was arrested in the 800 block of Geer Road on May 8 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Rodney Fletcher, 48, was arrested in the 1800 block of N. Golden State Boulevard on May 8 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Lucia Almeida, 58, was arrested in the 500 block of West Avenue South on May 10 for battery of spouse/ex-spouse and causing injury to an elderly/dependent adult.
• Kristian Ayala, 28, was arrested on the corner of E. Olive Avenue and N. First Street on May 10 for possessing a controlled substance.
• Neyda Carrillo, 24, was arrested in the 1800 block of Westminster Lane on May 10 for battery.
• Alfredo Villasenor Santana, 36, was arrested in the 500 block of Angelus Street on May 10 for battery.
