A Turlock woman was arrested for child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon after she was seen by a Turlock Police officer ramming a vehicle with her van.
Officer Dominic Hernandez was driving in the area of Broadway and Canal Drive around 7 p.m. Friday when he spotted a minivan ramming another vehicle. The driver of the van hit the vehicle at least three times before the officer could intervene, Turlock Police Lt. Jeff Lopes said.
According to the police report, the van’s driver, Ana Loving, 30, was upset with her boyfriend after an argument over music CDs and was ramming his car as he was trying to leave.
Inside the van were Loving’s four children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years. None of the children were injured, Lopes said.
