Local singing artist and Pitman High student Ansley Murillo signed autographs and CDs at Rancho Grande restaurant on Lander Avenue Friday promoting her demo.

Murillo, 16, was born and raised in Turlock and has been singing since the age of 3. She has performed in various talent shows and fairs up and down the state.

In September 2014, she traveled to Hollywood to record her demo at Paramount Studios.  The demo contains two songs which are in English and Spanish entitled "Shut It Down" and "Hey Mommy Hey Poppy."  The aspiring singer is hoping to sign a deal with Atlantic or Universal Records.
