The final days to nominate a worthy individual or organization for a free paint job are approaching.

Lancaster Painting is accepting applications for their annual Paint It Forward event. The deadline to apply is Dec. 1, said sales assistant Leisa Williams.

The company will choose a worthy winner and will provide all the paint and workers for an interior or exterior paint job.

“It’s amazing how a coat of paint can brighten someone’s day,” Williams said.

In past years the company has provided free paint jobs for Westside Ministries and Turlock’s Community Continuum College.

“It’s a great way to give back to the community,” Williams said.

Lancaster Painting will announce their selection by the end of December and complete the project in January or February.
