Public invited to Congressional candidate forum
election

One of the most important jobs that the League of Women Voters of Stanislaus County does is to  provide educational opportunities for the voters by sponsoring candidates’ forums.

The League will host a forum for candidates running for the office of Representative to the United States Congress —District 10 at 6 p.m. May 4 at the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors Chambers in the basement at 1010 10th St., in Modesto.

There will be question cards available. This is an opportunity to hear the Congressional candidates' positions on issues important to the 10th District.

Attendees must enter through the 10th Street entrance.  The elevator will be operating only between the first floor and basement.
