Alfonso Figueroa Barajas, 82, of San Jose, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose. He was born in Michoacan, Mexico to Rafael and Reynalda Barajas. He worked in the landscaping business for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Jose, Jesus, Manuel and Sara Barajas.
Alfonso is survived by his children, Monico, Auroro, Natividad, Alfonso and Maria Jesus, all Barajas Rojas; and siblings, Alfonso, Elidio, Fernando, Rafael, Paulina, Reynalda and Sabino.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 20, followed by the recitation of the Rosary at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 21 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
