Andrew Gene Jackson, 23, passed away on September 3, 2013.
Andrew was born in Modesto on September 16, 1989. He was raised in Oakdale and graduated from Oakdale High School in 2007 where he was involved in football, basketball, and track.  He attended Modesto Junior College and Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo. Andrew was enrolled in Auto Mechanic Technician School in Modesto when he passed. 
He is survived by parents Robert and Melinda Jackson of Turlock; father Randal Richardson; brother Eric Jackson of Turlock, grandmothers Virginia Atwood of Modesto, Darlene Richardson of Modesto, and grandparents Tom and Barbara Jackson of Ceres.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather’s Gene Atwood and Don Richardson.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept 10, 2013 at 4-7pm at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock.  A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 10:00am at Allen Mortuary. A graveside will follow at 12:00pm at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Oakdale.
“Everyone who knew him, loved him.”  A “Memorial Account for Andrew Jackson” has been set up at Valley First Credit Union, 2655 Geer Rd  Turlock, CA 95382 to benefit his brother Eric Jackson.
