Ann Gazulis, 90, died Feb. 10 at Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehabilitation in Modesto. She was born November 1920 in Richmond, Va. to Andrew and Carry Bazacos. She moved to Oakdale in 1925. She married Peter Gazulis in 1939, and they lived in Modesto before settling in Turlock in 1964. She was a member of the Church of God – Faithful Flock.

She loved her grandkids and enjoyed having coffee at Olde Tyme Pastries with her friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Braswell of Salida; grandchildren, Kevin Braswell and Julie Warren; and five great grandchildren with one on the way. She is also survived by her sister, Bessie Pappas of Stockton; and brother, Chris Bazacos of Thousand Oaks.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14 at Allen Mortuary. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15, also at Allen Mortuary, with private interment to follow.
