Visitation for Billie Jacob, 71, will be held from 10 a.m. until noon on Aug. 24 at Turlock Funeral Home. A funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the same location. Internment will follow at Turlock Memorial Park, 425 N. Soderquist Rd.
Billie is survived by his loving wife, Isabel; children, Rosalie and Richard; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters.
