Edward was born in Turlock where he lived all his life.  He graduated from Turlock High School and drove truck for over 30 years. Ed enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR and getting together with friends.  He loved his daughters and one grandson dearly.  

He is survived by his mother Barbara Aschwanden; daughters Amber Espinola and Mechelle Azevedo; son in law Carlos Azevedo and grandson Anthony Azevedo.  Edward was preceded in death by his father Joseph Aschwanden.

Celebration of life service will be held at 6:00p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the home of Larry and Julian Young 22063 American Ave. Hilmar, CA 95324.  A “Give Back Night” has been scheduled at Chili’s restaurant in Turlock on Thursday, August 14th.  Just mention this to your server and a portion of your bill will be used to help the family with funeral expenses.  Please share your memories at www.AllenMortuary.com.
