Evelyn was born and raised on a dairy ranch in Stevinson, CA and passed away at the age of 97 in Encino, California.  She graduated from Hilmar High School and settled in Turlock where she lived for over 60 years.  Evelyn worked for Haucks Drug Store and was a secretary for Dr. Moline’s office for several years.

She is survived by her son Richard (Donna) Besone of Sherwood Forest, CA and one grandchild Rose Besone.  Evelyn is preceded in death by her son Leroy Besone; parents Christopher and Emma Spini; and siblings Ida Endelman and Henry Spini.

Funeral service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, August 15, 2014 at 11:15a.m. with burial to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the charity of the donor’s choosing.
