Jack was preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings. He is survived by his wife Rella Crawford of Turlock; six children: Joseph (Sylvia) Crawford of Weleetka OK, Geraldine Crawford of Sacramento CA, Rhonda Crawford of Hawthorne NV, Rebekah Grover of Turlock, Patsy Wortham of Atwater CA, and LeAnn (Sonny James) Garman of Brownwood TX; one sister Fay Rountree of Oklahoma City OK, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be at the Church of Christ, 801 N. Tully in Turlock on Wed, Aug. 6th at 11 am. 

Burial with Military Honors will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery near Santa Nella CA on Thurs, Aug 7th at 10:30 am.
