Karen N. Sagres (Arrollo), 80, passed away peacefully on Oct. 21, 2023. Born in Turlock on Dec. 7, 1942 to Peter and Inez Arrollo, she graduated from Turlock High in 1960. She was active in school clubs, loved listening to music from her era and enjoyed tending to her plants. She drove bus for local school districts before driving for Modesto MAX transit for 20 years. It was there that she met and married Vince Sagres, who helped raise her 3 children Craig, Stan and Michelle. Her and Vince owned Karen’s Floral in Turlock. She is survived by her son, Stan Carlberg and daughter-in-law Charlene of Tigard, OR; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Karen is preceded in death by her loving husband, Vince; her son Craig Carlberg and daughter Michelle (Twitchell). A burial service will be held on Nov. 8 at Turlock Memorial Park at 11 a.m.
