Kathy Ann Harris was born on Sept. 18, 1949 in Modesto and passed away on Dec. 15, 2009.
She attended elementary schools in Modesto, Delhi and Turlock and also attended Livingston High School. Kathy worked as a waitress starting soon after high school until health issues forced her to stop doing the job she enjoyed. She worked at various restaurants from Livingston to Modesto, during her 25 plus years in the restaurant business and made many, many friends.
Kathy adored her nieces, nephews and grandsons. She loved playing games with them, taking them shopping, and having the girls over for tea parties. She also enjoyed crocheting afghans for family members and friends.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Bill Harris. They resided in Postfalls, Idaho the last five years and in Delhi previously. She is also survived by her faithful companion, Kia; brothers, Roy Badgett of Modesto and Jack Badgett of Empire; and sister, Janet Gentry of Livingston.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Annetta Hensley.
