A funeral service for Linda Lee Silva, 53, of La Grange, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 21 at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Newman. Interment will follow at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine. She passed away Sunday at her residence.
Mrs. Silva was a native of Dairy, NH and a resident of La Grange for eight years. She previously lived in Denair and the Mariposa area. She worked for Foster Farms in quality control for 20 years. She loved animals and enjoyed photography and computers.
Mrs. Silva is survived by her husband, Leonard Silva Sr. of La Grange; father, Charles Hand, Sr. of Topeka; step-son, David Silva of Turlock; step-daughters, Tonya Silva of Hilmar and Shana Silva Turlock; brother, Charles Hand, Jr. of Oakland; and step-grandchildren, Mason Silva and Bryce Silva, both of Hilmar, Jordon Silva, Dominic Silva, Destiny Silva and Dakota Silva, all of Turlock.
