Parviz Panahi, 80, passed away on Sept. 14 at home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial following at Turlock Memorial Park.
Parviz was born in Tabriz, Iran, in 1929, and came to United States in 1969 with his loving wife. He was an engineer and adventurer. As a private and formal person, Mr. Panahi was a good Samaritan who shared his wealth and happiness with those who took care of the poor.  
Mr. Panahi is survived by four sisters, Haydeh Hakimi, Farideh Knox, Affie Pedarsani and Leyla Mason. He is preceded in death by his wife, Anesta Suesanbari; sister, Jaleh Regnier; and brother,  Saeed Panahi.
The family wishes to thank his attorney, Ronald Hillberg, for taking care of his legal matters since 1999.
