Randall J. Cummings, a long time resident of Turlock and most recently of Mountain Ranch received his angel wings on July 8, 2011. Randy was the owner of Cummings Floor Covering and is the co-founder of Pure Joy Ministries.
Randy is survived by his wife, Linda Abid-Cummings, his mother, A. Louise Cummings, his daughters, Debra (Lloyd) Lewis and Monique (Ernest) Gardner, his stepdaughters, Christina Martinez and Theresa Alvarado, his sisters, Connie (Gordon) Lundgren and Sharon Wing, and grandchildren, Brielle Thomsen, Alexander Lewis, Brice Gardner, Greyson Gardner, Wyatt Gardner, Aliyah Alvarado, and Theresa Martinez. He is preceded in death by his father, Rev. Joy C. Cummings and wife, Andree Cummings.
Randy loved life, family, and the outdoors. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, and gardening. Randy had a great sense of humor, a big heart, and donated his time to the church, ministries, and those in need. He will be missed by all.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Crossroads Church, corner of Johnson and Arbor, in Turlock, CA. Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011, 6:00p.m. at Pure Joy, 320 Main Street, West Point, CA. Donations can be made to Pure Joy Ministries, PO Box 352, West Point, CA 95355, in remembrance of Randy.
