Ronald “Brett” Huff, 47, of Ceres, died Jan. 22 in Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6, at Jim Medeiros’, 520 West Main St., Crow’s Landing. Burial will be private.
Brett was born Oct. 13, 1962 in La Hana, Colo. He was a civil engineer for 29 years and a member of Union Operators Engineers Local #3. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and he was very active in koi breeding.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie L. Huff of Ceres; mother, Willa M. Huff of Florida; son, Billie Benny Gamboa of Ceres; daughters, Lindsey Huff of Turlock, Tori Gamboa of Ceres and Chrissy Gamboa of Ceres; brothers, Alan Huff of Florida and Dwight Huff of Colorado. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald C. Huff in 2007.
Services under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service of Turlock.
