Ruth Elaine Nunn, 63, of Turlock, died March 25 in Turlock. She was born in Portland, Ore. in 1947. 

Ruth was a homemaker for 35 years. She was legally blind, but she managed to achieve a master’s degree in Biblical Theology. She had enough love to extend to a dear friend Tom, who she called her son. She studied Bible and taught Bible studies in her home for the last 15 years. She will be dearly missed by her best friend Bobbi Kost and all of her brothers and sisters. 

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Nunn and his wife, Desrae of Dalhar, Texas; brothers, Robert Ralph Webb, Jr. of Milton-Freewater, Ore., John David Ralph Webb of Milton-Freewater, Ore., Stephen Richard Webb of Ryderwood, Wash. and Leroy Eugene Webb of Coldwell, Idaho; sisters, Wilma Marie Clason of Ontario, Ore., Martha Maude Gray of Deer Island, Ore., Mildred Helen Marie Winn of Turlock and LuAnn Jones Webb of Canyonville, Ore.; and grandchildren, Abbie Melo and August Melo, both of Turlock. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay D. Nunn; parents, Robert and Mildred Webb; sister, Alexandra Muriel Webb; and brother, Phillip Allen Webb. 

Services were held at Valley Hope Church.
