She is survived by her; mother Louise Elliott; children Jennifer Franklin and Cody Hedberg; siblings Barbara Cox, Janet Stumpf, Pat Morphis, Myrna Moore, Ronnie Elliott, Steve Elliott and Cynthia Tennison; grandchildren Ty Stroud, Hailey Stroud, Skye Franklin and Taya Franklin; and great granddaughter Zoey Silva and great grandson Gavin Kade James. 

A committal service will be held on today at 9am at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2pm at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 12034 Pecan Avenue, Waterford, CA 95386.
