Amy Bublak is the right person for a second term as Turlock City council member. She has done a great job staying on top of public safety and financial issues during her current term as a Council member. I had the privilege of working with Amy for several years when she was a police officer with Modesto PD. Because of her experience and demonstrated commitment to dealing with these problems for years, she is well qualified to tackle the many critical issues facing Turlock today, especially public safety. Amy was not only an experienced patrol officer during her tenure at Modesto, she also dealt with homeless problems, nuisance abatement projects such as drug houses, and worked with many government and private agencies to find solutions to community problems. Amy is highly motivated and has the integrity to place the interests of Turlock as her first priority.
