A Memorial Day holiday crackdown on suspected drunken drivers has resulted in the arrests of 65 people, according to the Turlock Police Department.
The number of arrests was slightly up from the 59 arrests recorded during the same time period between Friday and Monday of last year.
The Avoid the 12 campaign utilized saturation patrols, three sobriety checkpoints, and routine patrols during the long weekend.
