Hundreds of Turlockers were in attendance for the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the new artificial turf field and all-weather track at Joe Debely field on Thursday. Both Turlock and Pitman high football teams and cheer squads were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of their renovated home field.
