The Turlock Police Department received 744 total calls, 533 calls for service and reported 213 officer-initiated calls from July 20-23, 2026.

The department took 56 reports, responded to 17 traffic collisions and made 23 arrests.

Arrests for July 20-23, 2026:

• Ernesto Vasquez, 43, was arrested in the 1700 block of Elmcrest Court on July 20 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Beneil Givagivood, 27, was arrested in the 3600 block of N. Olive Avenue on July 20 for disorderly conduct with alcohol.
• Guy McGowan, 46, was arrested in the 1400 block of Esperanza Court on July 20 for stalking and obstructing an officer.
• Jimmy Spaulding, 32, was arrested in the 2300 block of W. Main Street on July 20 for trespassing and obstructing an officer.
• Stacey Coslow, 36, was arrested in the 800 block of Park Street on July 21 for unlawful possession of a tear gas weapon.
• Amreek Uppal, 36, was arrested in the 900 block of Wickel Street on July 21 for trespassing.
• Shakenna Norman, 35, was arrested in the 400 block of S. Broadway on July 21 for battery and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
• Myron Stamps, 48, was arrested in the 900 block of S. Minaret Street on July 21 for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
