The Turlock Police Department received 670 total calls, 530 calls for service and reported 142 officer-initiated calls from Sept. 21-23, 2026.

The department took 51 reports, responded to 11 traffic collisions and made 17 arrests.

Arrests for Sept. 21-23, 2026:

• Noel Perez, 29, was arrested in the 500 block of W. F Street on Sept. 21 for disorderly conduct with alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.
• Zebadiah Wilson, 52, was arrested in the 1300 block of W. Main Street on Sept. 21 for battery with serious bodily injury.
• Joe Mata, 72, was arrested in the 2000 block of Shadow Park Drive on Sept. 22 for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Sidarius McDondald, 20, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Springer Drive on Sept. 22 for robbery and false imprisonment with violence.
• Donald Sloan, 37, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Soderquist Road on Sept. 22 for possession of a narcotic controlled substance.
• Steven Sawyer, 36, was arrested in the 900 block of W. Monte Vista Avenue on Sept. 23 for burglary.
• Michael Costilla, 47, was arrested in the 1800 block of Lander Avenue on Sept. 23 for possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
• Miguel Collazo, 26, was arrested in the 400 block of Wayside Drive on Sept. 23 for child abuse.
• Julio Ballesteros Diaz, 34, was arrested in the 200 block of Columbia Street on Sept. 23 for battery of a spouse/ex-spouse.
• Hector Vasquez, 34, was arrested in the 1800 block Lander Avenue on Sept. 23 for possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
