Turlock High School alumni are invited to celebrate the golden anniversary of golden celebrations.

On March 27, Bulldogs of years past will come together for the THS 50+ reunion to celebrate those who graduated from the high school 50 or more years ago. It will be held at the Assyrian American Civic Club at 2618 N Golden State Blvd., the site formerly known as College Lanes Bowling Alley.

Additionally, this year’s event will mark the 50th anniversary of the annual reunion.

The celebration will include a raffle drawing for a television. In addition, all 50+ alumni are invited to ride in a car during the school’s homecoming parade through downtown Turlock on Oct. 9.

To support the event, organizers will be hosting a fundraising dinner Sept. 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Neto’s Catering on 1318 N. Golden State Blvd. The drive-thru chicken dinner fundraiser costs $30 for two meals and includes four chicken thighs and two side dishes.

A limited number of fundraiser meals and reunion tickets may be available for purchase on the day of the events, while supplies last. Alumni are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.
