The best the county has to offer
fair exhibits

One of the best things about the Stanislaus County Fair is the opportunity to see the varied talents of county residents on display.

While the fair is still four months away, Exhibitor Handbooks are now available and offer information on how to enter items for judging.

Exhibits include: homemade beer and wine, horticulture, floriculture, home arts, photography, and many  more. Exhibitors can download a copy of the exhibitor handbook, which lists exhibits and rules, from the fair’s website at www.stancofair.com. The handbooks can also be picked up at the fair office located at 900 N. Broadway, Turlock.

The 2013 Stanislaus County Fair opens July 12 for a 10-day run. Discounted fair admission tickets, unlimited ride wristbands, and season passes will be on sale beginning May 4. Corporate ticket sales are also available to purchase at a highly discounted rate.

The 2013 fair will feature a spectacular children’s area, with the new Wizard’s Challenge, the magical world of science sponsored by Sky Trek Aviation. Also planned for 2013 are 10-nights of free celebrity concerts included with Fair admission, a total of three stages of live entertainment, upwards of 30,000 local exhibits and over 1,750 animals.  Metal-mashing motorsports and a rodeo in the FoodMaxx Arena will also be featured.
