Alice J. Clinton 93 of Turlock passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017.  She was born in Walthill, Nebraska on August 15, 1924 and lived in the Bay Area before settling to Turlock 30 years ago.  She was employed as a bookkeeper for Alemite Oil Company for 25 years.  Alice attended New Life Christian Center in Turlock and loved working on her computer making cards, playing games and collecting bears.

Alice is survived by her daughter, Roma “Bunny” Gleason of Indiana and her son, Russell Clinton of Turlock and Merced; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and nonbiological daughters. She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 3pm - 7pm and funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 30th at Allen Mortuary. A committal service to follow at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella.
