Chester Walter Chimel, 85 of Turlock, passed away on March 29, 2013.
He was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church and has resided in Turlock for almost 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Chimel, his daughter, Kathy Barragan and granddaughter, Michelle Barragan.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 8pm today and on Thursday also noon to 8pm at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd. Turlock.  A combined Rosary and Mass will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, April 5th, at Sacred Heart Church, 1200 Lyons Ave. in Turlock. Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
