Viewing for Joginder Singh Lakhanpal will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23 at Allen Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Oct. 24 at Allen Mortuary.
Joginder is survived by his children, Avtar Singh, Amarjit Kaur, Manjit Kaur, Jagtar Singh and Parminder Singh.
