Ramon Morales-Ortiz, 75, of Turlock passed away at Emanuel Medical Center. He was born to Santiago and Amalia Morales in Tabasco, Mexico. He grew up and attended school in Mexico. As a boy he learned to fish with his father. Through the years he has been a commercial fisherman and he still enjoyed sport fishing with family members. Ramon enjoyed his family; he loved to visit, have family gatherings, and go to the casinos with them. He will be greatly missed. 

Ramon was preceded in death by his parents; and by his wife, Odilia.

He is survived by his children, Luis (Dolores) Morales, Rafael (Michelle) Morales and Miguel Morales, all of Turlock, and Ignacio Morales, Lesvia Morales, Ruben (Mirna) Morales, Merodio (Martha) Morales and Reyna Morales, all of Mexico; brothers, Jose M. Morales and Amalio Morales, all of Mexico; sister, Natividad Morales of Mexico; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

The family will have a memorial service in Mexico followed by interment in Puerto Ceiba Cemetery in Tabasco, Mexico.
