Ronnie was born in Turlock to Sterling and Katherine Witzel.  He passed away in Modesto at The Age of 66.  He is survived by his wife, Gaynol Witzel, son Darrel (Tami) Witzel, Two granddaughters and one great –granddaughter.  

He is also survived by his sisters, Shirley Cuevas and Geraldine (Earl) Pillow, and brother Gerald Witzel.

Ronnie was preceded in death by both of his parents, and his sister, Barbara Koster.

Ronnie graduated from Turlock High School in 1965. Then he married the love of his life, Gaynol Zanos.  He worked for US Rentals as a mechanic for 22 years, after which he was a self-employed heavy equipment mechanic for 25 years.  If something needed to be fixed, he could do it!

Ronnie loved his work and loved his family.
