Ryan Eyre, 36, of Modesto, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Modesto. He was born in Grants Pass, Ore. to Lawrence and Linda Eyre. They moved to the Turlock area when he was young and Ryan attended Turlock schools and graduated from Turlock High School in 1991. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State Stanislaus in 1998 and worked toward a master’s degree at Chico State. Ryan was a great sports fan. He loved the Lakers, the Dodgers, and especially the Oakland Raiders. He was a fun-loving person with a great sense of humor. He loved camping or anything that was an outdoor sport. But, most of all, he loved his family. His nieces and nephews loved to be around him.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Linda Eyre of Turlock; and siblings, Tammy (Dennis) Nelson of Mariposa, Lisa (Jay) Jensen of Turlock, Lawrence Kevin Eyre of Turlock and Kyle (Becca) Eyre of Turlock.
