William “Bill” Palmer, 53, of Turlock, died Feb. 13 at his residence. Bill was born September 1957, in Artesia, to the late Calvin and Helen Palmer. He was raised in Norwalk, and lived in Whittier and Perris Lake before settling in Turlock eight years ago.
Bill had a variety of interests, including the Modesto HOGs Club, Sacred Bones Society, AARP, the NRA, radio controlled cars, and riding his Harley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dennis Lee Palmer. He is survived by his sister, Alyson Hemphill of Turlock; and nephews, Joseph and Joshua Leal.
Memorial contributions are suggested for the Friends of Turlock. No services are scheduled at this time. A motorcycle tribute run will be held at a later date.
