Armed robbers strike Turlock pharmacy

The Turlock Police Department is looking for the two men who robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint Thursday night.

The robbery occurred at Boies’ Medical Center Pharmacy at 828 Delbon Ave. at 6 p.m.

Two masked men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, came into the store and ordered everyone down on the ground, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.

The armed suspect emptied the register of cash, while the second suspect demanded narcotics.

Both suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash out the backdoor into a waiting vehicle, Lewis said.

The armed suspect was described as about 25 to 35 years old. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, gray shoes and a ski mask.

The second suspect was also described as 25 to 35 years old and was wearing a dark jacket, dark pants and a ski mask.
