Turlock Police officers arrested a 19-year-old man on a vandalism charge after he was seen spray-painting near a bus stop.

Officers spotted Edward Bascincillo tagging at a bus stop and a nearby sign around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Geer and Hedstrom roads.

Bascincillo was arrested for vandalism and given a citation. A friend with him, identified as Zachary Naro, 18, was found in possession of marijuana and was given a citation.
