A Turlock man was arrested Thursday shortly after he allegedly robbed a downtown bank.
Turlock Police received a report of a robbery that occurred around 1 p.m. Thursday at the Wells Fargo Bank at 440 E. Olive Ave. Witnesses told police a man entered the bank and handed a note to the teller indicating it was a robbery. No weapons were seen or displayed during the robbery.
The robber fled on foot from the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police canvassed the area around the bank seeking the suspect and located Dennis Khoshabow, 36, in the 400 block of N. Golden State Boulevard.
Khoshabow was taken into custody without incident and charged with robbery.
